Would you mind if I posted my own thread with my own daily journal that I could keep adding to every day? I would use your check in every day, but I'm still trying to identify possible triggers and I think it would be a little cumbersome to keep going back and looking at different threads to find correlations between symptoms and foods...

Great! I'd seen this done on a diet board several years ago and it worked very well! There was a section for everyone just to post their own running journals. I just want a place to post everything - food, any exercise, BMs - everything!
