Could Endep + The Pill make me fat? And Exercising with IBS/CFS/FM

I have CFS, so exercise needs to be really gentle. I am eating low fat but ever since I have started on Endep and the Pill about 6 months ago(I gotta take the pill as I get cysts that get way too big) I have put on TWENTY KILOS!
I am a tall person but I am still now overweight!
Anyone know if this can cause rapid weight gain? I swear my diet hasn't changed but I am still putting it on like nothing else!
Also, any gentle exercises I can do that won't upset me too much? Thanks and God Bless!

I know of a few people that have gained weight from being on the the pill. I'd definately check w/your dr. Maybe different types of pills would still help you, but not cause any weight gain. As for exercise- only you can tell what's too much- but maybe yoga or pilates. Something that is more stretching instead of impact.

Maybe you should get your thyroid checked out?
