Spent the graveyard shift walking the stairs and eating Sand's stoup.

This cracked me up, Double J. I'm not sure why - I just *know* there's a joke in there somewhere.

Gym: OFF.... Went to my support group meeting at www.nwwls.com the best one yet!! We talked about foods, calories, fat, there was real food samples there.... and lots of people got involved...it was a real eye opener!!

I got my fill today...... I had .40cc added....let's hope this does the trick again..... I've got 6cc in my 10cc band.

Oops!! I certainly didn't mean anything. I'm glad if you got a laugh though. And that stoup ... "Sand's stoup" has become a basic staple in my dinning pleasure. I just love it, and change it some with chicken, and added spices.

But speaking of that, how are you feeling? It's good to see you back on the boards.

Oh, no, I didn't mean it cracked me up in a bad way - it was just the image of you wandering up and down stairs eating stoup. I'm easily amused, I guess. And I'm so glad you're enjoying the stoup so much.

I'm doing well. I've gotten a clean bill of health after my last surgery and will be doing a little Physical Therapy and then I should be as good as new. Better, actually, since I'm now partially bionic.

I hope all is well with you also. Take care.
