Everyone post their report for what you did on 1/10/08 here.... (i.e. what you ate, be sure to note if NOT IBS safe, exercise, bathroom visits if you need to monitor those, your goals & progress...etc.) You can also just hang around for tips and conversation. Please join us. We can help each other.

I had the morning off and made some brown sugar banana bread … it's become a staple in my life. Now I'm at work and have committed to using the stairs instead of the elevator while at work. My job keeps me moving around and we have 15 floors! My legs and back are dying!

Gym: 10 mins stretching of legs, 30 mins in the weight room working on back, butt, and LOTS of abs, THEN "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end), worked out 1 hour + 30 mins, burned 552 calories at 50% fat.

Not sure if this is the proper place to post. But I was wondering if anyone knows of a healthy supplement, vitamins or something they they used to aid them ? I have read up on some supplements they sound great.
