Weightlifting causing hemorrhoids?

I'm hoping this is the right place to ask. I just started lifting kettlebells about a month ago. I only lift a 9lb weight, and I work out 15-20 mins 3-4 days a week. Now all of a sudden I'm having trouble with H! I haven't been C or D, so I can't figure out why I have them. Could it be the weightlifting?

I can't be 100%, I'd ask your doctor...but if it were my GUESS, I'd say it is the squating you are doing while using the kettlebells. But again, please check with your doctor.
