Everyone post their report for what you did on 12/3 here.... (i.e. what you ate, be sure to note if NOT IBS safe, exercise, bathroom visits if you need to monitor those, your goals & progress...etc.) You can also just hang around for tips and conversation. Please join us. We can help each other.

My gym is CLOSED DUE TO FLOODING I got an email from one of my Instructors and then a friend of a friend went down for a noon workout and it is in bad shape. The parking lot is flooded all the way up to the front door; the covered parking area is under 2-4 feet of water and God knows what the pool looks like. It may be a while before it can reopen. Guess I'll be doing stairs at the apartment until it reopens!!

Gym: (went to the one I usually go to on Mon & everyother Sat,not the flooded one)15 mins stretching, then I took "TKB Turbo Kick Boxing" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end) worked out 1 hour + 15 mins, burned 587 calories at 40% fat.
