2 eggs
frozen spinach
UFO
1 dried fig

10 almonds

1 medium zucchini
tempeh
1 t olive oil
1 T barbecue sauce

1/2 c lactaid cottage cheese
carrot sticks
red pepper strips
a few walnut pieces

(from the Whole Foods bar:)
thai soy protein
sesame broccoli (just broccoli, garlic, sesame seeds, and a teeny bit of oil)
a few roasted mushrooms

1 dried fig
small piece dark chocolate
3 baby dill pickles (so glad I bought these - crunchy and salty and no calories)

It's impossible to know the calories from the Whole Foods food, but I can't imagine it's more than 500 calories (probably more like 400), so I'm at about 1200 or 1300. I'm done eating, but I'm headed out with friends, and might have a drink ( ), so today's probably around 1400 or 1500. But that's fine by me. Delicious day. I go to the gym tomorrow, which means weigh-in. We'll see!

Gym: 10 mins stretching of legs, then "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included weights, abs & stretching at the end) worked out 1 hour + 28 mins, burned 705 calories at 40% fat.
