Everyone post their report for what you did on 10/14 here....
(i.e. what you ate, be sure to note if NOT IBS safe, exercise, bathroom visits if you need to monitor those, your goals & progress...etc.) You can also just hang around for tips and conversation. Please join us. We can help each other.

Gym: Shane & I did the Dawg Dash (I WALKED the 5K) and it WAS MY BEST TIME EVER ...Even better then the one we did last week which was 53:08 mins!! I even jogged a little here and there...and this course had slight inclines and stairs too!! I used to be done in about 57 mins....and today's time was (51:01 mins) *note: last year was 55:28, so I shaved off 4:27 mins!! WWWWOOOHHHOOOOO... burned 465 calories at 45% fat. Shane RAN the 10K and his time was (1:03 mins, 11 seconds)

We don't have any pictures YET...but as soon as I get them, they will be posted.

WOOOO HOOOOOOO!!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!! That's amazing, Shell! I can't believe you are doing these things every week, you must be so proud of yourself! Can you even imagine what you would have thought a few years ago if someone told you that you were gonna be walking/jogging in these things?!

NO... I NEVER thought I'd be jogging/running.... walking, not until after I did my first one.... they are so empowering...I KNEW I'd do more of them!! My next one now is not until Nov 25th...that is a 1/2 marathon... I'll be walking/jogging & Shane will run it.
