Everyone post their report for what you did on 10/11 here....
(i.e. what you ate, be sure to note if NOT IBS safe, exercise, bathroom visits if you need to monitor those, your goals & progress...etc.) You can also just hang around for tips and conversation. Please join us. We can help each other.

Gym: 10 mins stretching of legs, 18 mins triceps & abs, then I took "Kick-It" class (kickboxing, included abs & stretching at the end), then I took it easy for 45mins in the lobby, reading my magazine and then I took another class called ..."Casbah" BELLYDANCE (see below) it is a 7 week thing and this was the 2nd week.... worked out 2 hour + 28 mins, burned 855 calories at 50% fat.

I'M BEAT!!! I'm glad there is only 5 more weeks.... cuz this sure takes a lot out of me getting home from the gym so late after spending 3 hours there...UUUgggg.... But I'm GONNA DO IT!!

I know I don't post much, but I do check in every now and again to see how you're doing and it seems like you are doing just great!
How are you feeling these days? Any troubles after your procedure? (Obviously not now 'cause you are exercising all over the freakin' place! )

Anyway, I was really sorry to not have made it down to Seattle in the past couple of months. I really wanted to make the trip but had one stressful even after the next all summer and tummy would just not cooperate.
I miss you, hope we can catch up a little more often!

I'm doing REALLY well.... I can't believe how much better I feel.... I guess anyone would feel a difference with 44 pounds GONE!!
