Everyone post their report for what you did on 10/9 here....
(i.e. what you ate, be sure to note if NOT IBS safe, exercise, bathroom visits if you need to monitor those, your goals & progress...etc.) You can also just hang around for tips and conversation. Please join us. We can help each other.

Home Improvement: I FINALLY found the magazine files I've been looking for... they are blue, sage, & eggplant...
I went to Fred Meyer and got my full length mirror for the bedroom on sale... $7.99 SCORE! Then I went to Bed Bath & Beyond, found the soda pop can dispenser for Shane $2.99 SCORE again!! Then I went to Pier 1 Imports looking for a basket that I liked for my smaller papers etc for MY bookcase (Shane gets one and I get the other, but they are side by side...hehehe), but I did not see anything there that I liked. So, I went to Target.... I took 4 different baskets that I was interested in and went over to the bookcase display, since that IS where I bought them... and I tested them out...and found one that I liked.
