I am starting this new daily thread for myself and anyone else that would like to join. I plan on logging all I eat and my bathroom visits so that I can find a balance to healthy eating/weight loss AND healthy bowels. Sorry it sounds so gross, but it's the problem I'm having. Please join me if you like. We can help eachother.

- 1 c. light soymilk
11:30 - Red Bull (I needed it)
3:00 - Imperial Rice (leftovers)
4:45 - BM - soft
6:15 - BM - normal
6:30 - Smoothie from Smoothie King
9:PM - BM - normal
9:15 - Imperial Rice
9:30 - Run..BM - D (Imperial Rice - mistake)
10:15 - Multi-Vit & 2 sleeping pills

Hey Carla!

Good thread, keep it up! I'll be doing the same shortly on my blog (which I will also be moving to another site) and I will let you know when I start that.

This week is very hectic for me so I've not been able to crack open my diet book or log onto my blog.

I did see a personal trainer last night. My mom met him on the beach and he is giving us an AMAZING deal. Now I feel like I HAVE to make a complete transformation because it's the only way to pay him back for his generosity.

I'm super excited and he told us we have to log all of our food intake until next Monday, so that's keeping me better than normal knowing that I have to report to him.

Anyway, keep going!
