Sleeping problems? I've read different things you can do, but falling asleep is a challenge for me too. I personally take sleeping pills or I have the hardest time falling asleep and staying asleep. I'm sorry I can't be more help. What I had read before is: Try to wake up & go to bed at the same time; exercise; and maybe some hot tea before bed. Good luck!
Oh a multivitamin is always a good thing! I take One-A-Day!

I started having problems going to sleep when I had a big hormonal change. I had a shortage of estrogen and when it was straightened out by my GYN I began sleeping better again. I hope you are sleeping better!

Hi - how is the sleeping going? I didn't think to mention the last time I wrote that another thing that I do when I am having trouble getting to sleep is read to relax. I have found that I easily become anxious and being a night person am often extremely wired when I need to sleep. I choose books or articles which are not scary or intense when I need to relax and I often just read until I drift into a sound sleep. Something else that has been effective is to listen to a story on tape or some soft music as I am falling asleep. Hope you are getting some relief from the exhaustion now. DJ
