Any exercises I can do while dealing with pain from endometriosis?

I have a lot of abdominal pain, so I can't do my usual 30 minutes on the tread mill. I can do some yoga, but nothing that stretches my tummy too much. I'm most likely going to be on Lupron, Dr's appt is tomorrow, so it's probably going to get worse for a few weeks. Does anyone have any ideas on exercises I can do so I don't gain anymore weight while I'm "laid up"?

Before I had my hysterectomy I had alot of the pain you refer to. It was very difficult to do heavy exercises when the pain was on. I did find that the machines such as the Ablounger2 allow you to exercise without severe pain. You can move on the machine without stress to the pain areas. I also found that even slow walking helped me burn calories when I just did not feel like doing anything else. Hope you are better!
