I've lost weight and got myself a fitness school, now i just need to really go there :)

Since i got IBS 5 years ago i started to gain weight, loose it again, gain, loose.. you get the picture. I didnt get very heavy, but i did have a lot of fat on my hips and thighs because of it. My once o-so-flat-tummy isnt very flat anymore. I also had no energy anymore to do much at all and was of course having a lot of pain and had days i didnt get of the couch.

Now to the good part. Since starting on heathers diet 2 months ago i got part of my energy level back. And now its time to get the rest back + shape up through exercise. I got a membership at the gym yesterday. They tested my condition which was of course terrible, but they said they had good hopes i could get a better condition soon if i trained right (they gonna keep an eye on that). And they also weight me and i found out i lost 3kg (about 7pounds)! I am so happy.

Now lets just hope i can keep routine in my fitness. How do you guys do that?
