I need info and I hope you can help! I've just been diagnosed with IBS, and I'm looking for reliable info on 1) food intolerance/sensitivity tests either by practitioners (ex: York Lab in UK) or at-home test kits, if any; and 2) elimination diet plans that are sensitive to IBS. I just found this site and it has been a blessing. I know you can go to any gastroenterologist and get tested for food intolerances, lactose intolerance, etc. Not sure about home kits.
