well ive been eating a lot of rubbish, this weekend, hang head in shame, so im going to start watching my diet for ibs and my figure, ive got a beach holiday in june and wanna b toned!
listing what i ate for myself, but if anyone wants to chip in with suggestions or tell me im a pig- great! it might make me eat less! im 5ft 9 and 10 st (not sure in pounds) so not overweight, just trying to stay nice n thin!
day 1
bfast- 7am 1 bowl of cereal- 1/2 cocao pops (no dairy or triggers, just rice and coco powder and added minerals) with 1/2 quionia pops (cereal made of quionia, rice milk

snack -10am bannana and later few spoons of dry coco pops
lunch (soon!) pitta which chicken roll meat, 2 cherry tomatoes and chopped cucumber little bit of soy cheese. 1 pkt of low fat potatoe crisps (french fries)

day 1 continued
afternoon snack(3pm) packet of dried apple snack- 0/1g fat a bag! and 430pm 1 crackerbread with smidge of soy cheese
dinner (7pm) 1 soy burger on white bread bun with less than 5% fat oven chips (only ingrediants potatoe and oil) spinach , cherry tomatoes. 1 soya choc desert pot.
supper (0930) glass of herbal tea with ginger cookies.
exercise- 1 hour and 10 minutes fast walking!

day 2
breakfast (8am) cereal- 1/2 cocoa pops, 1/2 quionia pops, soy milk and 1 bannana
lunch (what i have planned) 1 pitta bread with veggie sausages
