Well scumbag husband is now living with his slut. I wanted to share that I got anew fridge with a WATER DISPENSER on the outside and I am in love. Every time I go in the kitchen I drink some water. It's gotta be helping.!!!!
Also, can't wait for my next Karate lesson. Having seriously sore upper body - tension headaches. Sore calves eased after a day or so. Kiba dachi stance - whoa!!!!
Eating is going so-so. Sometimes I'm hungry and sometimes not. So far down at least 10 - 15 pounds - and am now happily in a sexy new set of jeans. (stretch of course with a huge waist).

Scumbag has moved out and I'm keeping up with my Karate. Shelley - you've GOT to try a class sometime. It's SO much fun!!!!!
