Hmmm. Apparently knowing I had to confess what I ate didn't have any impact on my eating habits today. I'm in that homicidal-eating stage of my period where it seems morally acceptable to eat ancient M&Ms off the car floor. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.
***disclaimer: some stuff not IBS-safe.
breakfast: toast w/ lite margarine, RF Oreos
lunch: Campbell's bean-and-bacon soup (oh how I love its delicious orangey-ness)
lunch part II: Subway deli-style turkey w/ lettuce & lite mayo, baked Lays
dinner: chicken teriyaki sub w/ lettuce and onion (chicken itself was good, but it seemed so wrong to be eating it on white bread with lettuce), RF Oreos
liquids: 40 oz water, 30 oz Cherry Coke

You can find a general overview of the behavior modification approach I'm using here. I'm currently on Phase 1.
Phase 1, Day 7 Score: 4 - Good
Still no exercise. Forty-eight ounces of fluid which is still not enough but at least the number is going up.
The scoring ranges for Phase 1 are: 0: Excellent! 1-9: Good 10-19: Fair 20+: Start Again
