Is it better to exercise AM or PM for IBS-D

Is there a difference when it comes to exercising AM or PM? I seem to be a little shaky when I exercise before work in the morning and I start off the day feeling kind of gurgly and not entirely stable. Can anyone share their experiences? This site has been a lifeline!!

I workout both when I teach in the morning I like to walk before my classes. If I teach at night I lift and fast walk in the evening. Fast walking makes me feel better. It actually calms my stomach unless it's a really bad day then I do it just to get in good spirits that I am doing something good for myself. Namaste'
