breakfast: dry generic Apple Jacks
lunch: two slices bread, gingersnap
snack: two gingersnaps
dinner: crockpot chicken stew, two UFOs
post-Questran-get-the-taste-out-my-mouth-snack: 1/2 UFO
liquids: 50 oz water (not enough), 10 oz ULO

Didn't really feel like eating much ... so I didn't. Going through fruit snack detox I guess.

The gingersnaps are Target generic brand. They're safe other than being a little high in fat (28% or so I think). I've never had gingersnaps before. They're these little cookies (barely bigger than a dollar coin) and there are little glass-looking chunks of what I'm guessing is crystallized ginger? The taste is good but for some reason they burn my mouth. Which is good, because that means I never want to eat more than one or two at a time.

Monday is so much tidier to start anew, though. I mean, who starts anything on a Friday? So you may as well spend your weekend eating Newman-O's and frozen waffles. Not that I am encouraging you to do so of course.

Oh, yum, gingersnaps. I love gingersnaps. It never occurred to me they might be safe. Obviously a trip to Target is in my near future.

Does the Questran seem to be helping?
