I am still doing T tapp. My feelings on it go back and forth so much that I still cannot give a conclusive thumbs up or down. I went to a workshop yesterday and found a large variety of people. Many real large people have lost a lot of inches and firmed up well doing t tapp. Some people though that have started out fit and want to trim a little bit but keep their fitness/muscle level (like me!) have slower, less dramatic results. However, on the website there are some testimonials from fitness freaks
web page that really show you can be ultra fit doing T Tapp.
The trainer I worked with yesterday perfected some of my form and I bought a T tapp aerobic workout. I am going to do another 'bootcamp' of 4 days of only T tapp again this week. These should be done every so often and to start with. So with this new plan I am giving it all another shot.
I do feel T Tapp is good for IBS. I have read people's accounts of becoming regular with it. However, Theresa Tapp sells different 'supplements' that in my opinion are not IBS safe. The exercise itself and the skin brushing promises a healthy lymph system and it just makes you feel good. I have been very up and energetic this winter whereas last winter I was depressed.
So I still have some work ahead and hopefully I can figure out a program and tighten my final areas without losing muscletone.

I feel a little change in my body. My weight is the same- which is common with T Tapp, but I feel less squishy and I look better in a tight exercise outfit. I am working very hard at it and can see the difficulty can be very high. I have a ton of energy usually too. I am recommending it now. It just took me a while to 'forget everything I have learned about exercise' as they say. It is different and preconceived ideas have to be trashed.

How did you find a personal trainer experienced with T-Tapp? I'm afraid I would not have the correct form. Was she very expensive?

How's the brushing going? Do you think it is helping as well? You sound really great!
Thanks

On the T Tapp forum someone asked who would be interested in a clinic in MN and there was a trainer who travels around and gives clinics and she came here and did a class. It cost $59 for the class. They have these all over the country. I did have some form problems and form is very important. I was glad to do the class. I have also received help from being on the forum.
I haven't started brushing yet.
