I have a miserable cold. Bleah.
breakfast: Corn Pops, rice milk snack: cup pears, mini bag fruit snacks lunch: pretzels, banana, 2 mini bags fruit snacks snack: cup peaches, mini bag fruit snacks dinner: chicken noodle soup, 2 mini bags fruit snacks post-Questran-rationalized-dessert: UFO liquids: 85 oz water, 8 oz tea -- evidently having a raw sore throat helps my fluid intake -- but all the extra fluid + nasty irritants in fruit snacks is really aggravating my IC
must go crash in NyQuil-induced haze.

Flabbergasted, adj. Appalled over how much weight you have gained. - Author Unknown
Phase 5, Day 2 Score: 21 - Good
No exercises today.
The scoring ranges for Phase 5 are: 0: Excellent! 1-26: Good 27-44: Fair 45+: Start Again
Here are the explanations for previous phases: Overview, Phase 1, Phase 2 Phases 3 and 4
What I ate:
Pre-Breakfast: Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey 1/2 cup applesauce with 1 teaspoon Acacia
Breakfast: I missed this. Again. Which is a huge foul-up both IBS-wise and behavior mod-wise. Again.
AM Snack: Brown Sugar Coffee Cake Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey One-A-Day Essential MultiVitamin; 500mcg Vitamin B12
Lunch: 1 bowl of Chili 2 slices No Knead Bread (herb variation) with Smart Balance Light Honeybush iced tea with sugar 500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D
PM Snack: Honeybush iced tea with sugar Food - NOT IBS-safe and I'm not admitting what it was
Dinner: Chutney Mustard Chicken Persian Rice Pilaf Small green salad (this may NOT be IBS-safe for everyone): lettuce, deseeded cucumbers, green onions, cauliflower, radishes, tomatoes, mushrooms Oil and vinegar based dressing (this may NOT be IBS-safe for everyone) 500mg calcium from Tums; 500mcg Vitamin B12
Evening snack: 1 scoop Soy Dream Mocha Fudge "ice cream" 500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D
I got 6 additional teaspoons of Acacia throughout the day, for a total of 7 teaspoons of Acacia. I got 66 ounces of fluid which is very enough although I'd like to get more.
