Posting 'cause if I wait until tomorrow I'll forget what I've eaten.

I didn't do too hot today -- suffering from post-Thanksgiving-overeating disorder.
breakfast: nothing lunch: Thanksgiving Leftover burrito (a flour tortilla with leftover mashed potatoes, turkey, and gravy) snack: pretzels dinner: leftover mashed potatoes and gravy snack: Newman-O's snack: UFOs (but only four, and they were very small UFOs) liquids: water, but I didn't keep track how much; also some hot cocoa, except I didn't drink that much of it because it tasted gross so I added "wintergreen flavoring" (the closest thing to mint extract that I had) and then it tasted like hot chocolate rice toothpaste. And for whatever reason I just wasn't in the hot chocolate rice toothpaste mood.

It is easy to perform a good action, but not easy to acquire a settled habit of performing such actions. - Aristotle
Phase 4, Day 1 (again) Score: 1 - Good (Heck, almost Excellent)
And I did my exercises. Except the back stretches, of course.
The scoring ranges for Phase 4 are: 0: Excellent! 1-21: Good 22-39: Fair 40+: Start Again
Here is the general explanation of the behavioral modification approach I'm using.
What I ate:
Pre-Breakfast: Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey 1/2 cup applesauce with 1 teaspoon Acacia
Breakfast: 1 Nothin' To It Muffin (rice milk/vinegar, cinnamon, walnuts and crystallized ginger) Mug of decaf Constant Comment tea with generous teaspoon of honey One-A-Day Essential MultiVitamin; 500mcg Vitamin B12
AM Snack: 1 small slice Heather's 5-minute Pumpkin Pie with 1 generous teaspoon of Cool Whip (the Cool Whip is high in fat - 60% CFF; it also has HFCS and a little - less than 2% - sodium caseinate which is dairy) 1 mug of Lipton regular tea (caffeine removed) with 2 sugar lumps (this may NOT be IBS-safe for everyone - I don't know how much caffeine is left and this doesn't remove the tannins)
Lunch: 1 bowl (about 1-1/4 cups) of Chicken and Rice Stoup 1 slice of No Knead Bread with a little Smart Balance Light 500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D
PM Snack: Beverage - NOT IBS-safe and I'm not admitting what it was Food - NOT IBS-safe and I'm not admitting what it was
Dinner: leftovers of everything I had for dinner yesterday except the green beans and the wine 500mg calcium from Tums; 500mcg Vitamin B12
Evening snack: 1 slice Heather's 5-minute Pumpkin Pie with 1 generous teaspoon of Cool Whip (the Cool Whip is high in fat - 60% CFF; it also has HFCS and a little - less than 2% - sodium caseinate which is dairy) 1 mug of Lipton regular tea (caffeine removed) with 2 sugar lumps (this may NOT be IBS-safe for everyone - I don't know how much caffeine is left and this doesn't remove the tannins) 500mg calcium from Tums; 200IU Vitamin D
I got 6 additional teaspoons of Acacia throughout the day for a total of 7 teaspoons. I got 70 ounces of fluid which is good although I'd still like to get more.
