I feel like I ate too much again today. Bleah. But at least the fruit snacks are gone so that their evil sugariness will no longer tempt me.

breakfast: 2 sawdust cinnamon muffins
snack: sawdust cinnamon muffin
lunch: chicken stew, small cup diced pears
snack: last mini bag fruit snacks
dinner: half turkey sandwich (on a hoagie roll w/ lite mayo), 1/3 serving chicken stew
snack/dessert: choc PB brownie (IBS-safe) (not very good, I overcooked it)
liquids: 40 oz water, very very bad -- now that I'm working full-time again it's hard for me to remember to keep drinking (water, I mean)

I get Thursday/Friday off work so I will probably weaken and eat something really bad tomorrow night. Damn hormones!!

I have gained and lost the same ten pounds so many times over and over again my cellulite must have deja vu. - Jane Wagner

Phase 2, Day 7
Score: 19-1/2 (I only ate half my afternoon snack) - Fair

I did not do my exercises today. I have a great excuse, of course, but I suspect the real problem was that K2 as using up all the exercise motivation. (Seriously, congratulations on the exercising, Kat.)

That's 7 days of successful Phase 2 tasks so it's on to Phase 3. Just in time for Thanskgiving - good planning on my part.

The scoring ranges for Phase 2 are:
0: Excellent!
1-14: Good
15-29: Fair
30+: Start Again

Any particular reason why you don't post what you're eating? I like to see what other people do for meals. Okay, or so maybe I'm hoping that there's someone out there who has worse eating habits than I do.

No particular reason - mostly laziness. I don't mind posting what I'm eating and will start with Thanksgiving Day. (I'm not posting what I ate on Wednesday because I didn't do very well IBS-wise - not unsafe food, just waiting too long to eat which is a major sin for me.)
