How much exercise is "enough"

How much exercise is "enough" to keep a good gastrocolic reflex going? I enjoy tennis and golf but can't often fit them into my schedule during the week. How about walking? How long of a walk is "enough" on a daily basis?

I am not a physical trainer or anything, but 30 minutes of walking three times a week is better than nothing. I can actually do 1 hour cardio 4 times a week, and I feel great, but not everyone can do that, or have a schedule for it. I find that as long as I do some sort of cardio, light or heavy, a few times a week, I feel so much better.
