Hope everyone is doing well. To be honest I don't really have the time to be posting right now. I am just because of avoidance of doing unwanted studying and projects.
Breakfast:
arrowroot cookies
water
lunch: turkey on a kaiser
strawberry yogurt (warning not IBS safe)
water
snack: baked lays
dinner: tukey sub on white
chips
glass of juice
snack:
oatmeal with brown sugar
glass of choc almond milk

Ok, Beth, just so you're not lonely... 
*soy coffee with cinnamon
*toast with Earth Balance spread and berry preserves
*chicken pasta salad
*1/2 veggie burger with grilled onions and lots of condiments, plus a side of thick fries
 with ketchup, and a few bites of salad
Verdict: not enough veggies, and the dinner was not the best I could have had...but I was out with friends, and I enjoyed it...I just hope I'm not paying for it tomorrow!
