Ahhh back to the life of a student I slept in again! It could have something to do with being over-stressed and staying up wayy too late working on assignments!

Breakfast: none

Lunch: turkey sandwhich on white with ff mayo
2 oreo cookies
water

snack: couple pieces of licorice

pre-dinner: leftover squash, corn and mashed potatoes
small glass of cran rasp juice

late dinner: oven baked pita pizza's (no cheese, not a sub cheese fan)
small glass of choc almond milk

snack: oatmeal with brown sugar
water

excercise: my bum is so sore and for once it is not because of IBS!!! we went for a 2.5 hour bike ride through the trails today, so nice and I can't even tell you how far we went.

I had a crazy buzy day yesterday, but I'm proud of myself for managing to eat pretty regularly anyway...probably still not enough though, because I woke up at 3:30 in the morning hungry with low blood sugar, and I couldn't go back to sleep until I ate a little snack. But being able to do so was a smal victory for me, and another thing to be proud of! It feels like maybe my body is trying to make up for lost calories...

*soy coffee

*1/2 turkey sandwich on sourdough with lettuce, mayo and mustard, a bunch of bavarian pretzels with hummus

*1/2 organic banana, 1/2 all natural whole wheat cinnamon roll

*brown rice with cooked broccoli and carrots, and a bit of oil and soy sauce

*brown rice cracker with almond butter and honey, and a glass of soy milk (late night/early morning snack)

Yeay for eating regularly, boo for tummy ache this morning!

Hope everyone is doing wonderfully, and had a great day yesterday!
