breakfast: 2 slices of sweet simple cornbread
water

snack: real fruit fruitsnacks
more water

lunch: none

dinner: white rice and turkey meatballs
small glass of juice

snack: 2 oreo cookies

another snack (hmm can u tell i missed lunch??)
bowl of homemade turkey chili
glass of choc almond milk

25 mins on elliptical

sourdough bread) - 175 calories
Ruffles light - 70 calories
4 pieces of bite size chocolates - 200 calories?
white long grain rice & 1 tbsp of butter - 500 calories
Lean Cuisine dinner - 380 calories
Gerber organic pears & blueberries - 50 calories

TOTAL CALORIES: 1375

cardio: 30 minutes
toning: 15 minutes

Another crazy busy day...ate a bit more in the afternoon, but then I didn't end up eating dinner until 10:30ish.

*soy coffee with cinnamon

*1/2 veggie burger sandwich with goat cheese, avo, lettuce and tomato, and a handful of raspberries

*other half of sandwich and a few more raspberries

*leftovers from weekend brunch: egg white omelett with olives and artichoke hearts, breakfast potatoes with ketchup...kind of gross, actually, but I was too tired and hungry to cook anything...

Anyway, tomorrow I should have a bit more time to plan for some snacks during the day and a decent dinner.
