breakfast: oat and honey granola bar water
snack: applesauce cup
lunch: turkey breast on white bread warning, not safe! and not sure why I tried it again but a small strawberry yogurt cup water
dinner: leftover spaghetti small glass of choc almond milk
snack: oatmeal and brown sugar
excercise: yeahhhh my elliptical is up and running! 15 mins so far today, going to do more later when my show is on
my goal of more IF isn't getting very far. I haven't ventured away from cooked and chilled baby carrots. I have alot going on right now and I think I am scared to eat new things for fear of becoming unstable (doesn't explain the yogurt though )

Had a tough time eating today, and then tried to make up for it in the evening by having a full meal...I've been struggling a bit lately with old hang-ups from the eating disorder, and trying to push past them in order to gain the weight back, and eat enough to sustian me. It's just so hard with the IBS, Type 1 diabetes, and ongoing eating disorder recovery to establish and maintain a healthy relationship with food...
I found myself feeling extremely guilty tonight after actually finishing my meal (it's always been a ritual of mine to leave a few bites of whatever I'm eating)...still trying to work through that.
Anyway, I just have to keep telling myself that I did the best I could today, like I do every day. Sometimes it's just really hard to find out exactly what I need to do to take care of myself, and I'm feeling really shitty about myself at the moment for not getting it right all the time ...anyway, here's what I did today:
*small soy latte, a few organic strawberries, and 1/4 lowfat vegan cinnamon roll
*1/2 bagel with "butter"
*Decent amount of alphabet pasta with sauteed chicken breast, squash and mushrooms in UFO sauce.
Also, 1 tablespoon Tri-Cleanse internal cleanser with Triphala, and 2 Fiberchoice tablets (4 grams SF), plus lots of herbal tea and my usual cocktail of supplements and enzymes throughout the day...
