I had an absolutely crazy/hectic day today, so I didn't have much time to eat, but I did my best...
*small soy latte
*1/2 bagel with vegan cream cheese (herb and chive flavor), tomatoes and sprouts
*Balance bar
*small piece of dark chocolate
*Indian take-out: 1/2 piece of naan, chaana masala (stewed chickpeas with spices...mmmm), cooked cabbage with fennel, zucchini, and a small amount of potatoes, plus a few bites of rice.
I hope no one reads these and thinks that I'm following the EFI diet to the letter, because even when I think I'm making "safe" choices, when I review my day, I realize that a great deal of stuff I eat is not safe for most (and often not for me, either!)
Oh well, nobody's perfect, right? We're all just trying to do what we can to make it through the day and feel alright. I hope you all had a wonderful, pain-free day!

Dinner - toasted english muffin, "Chicken Fettucini" Lean Cuisine (Tender pieces of roasted chicken breast topped with a creamy alfredo sauce made with Parmesan and Romano cheeses, cream and butter. Accented with black pepper and parsley. Served with fettucini pasta) NOT safe for everyone, and I'm paying for it now... don't know WHAT I was thinking!@??@ & water
Snacks - snack size bag UFO + altoids before and while at the gym
Exercise - 60 mins kickboxing class followed by 30 mins salsa moves class....I burned approx 811 calories
UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others THINK it is safe)
