Breakfast - bowl of cereal w/vanilla rice milk & water
Lunch - 2 small French rolls, small salad w/turkey breast & FF raspberry vinaigrette, 1 UFO cookie & water
Dinner - toasted english muffin, "Chicken Pecan" Lean Cuisine (roasted chicken in a caramelized orange sauce with snap peas and brown rice with pecans) not sure if safe for everyone, but I did fine with it & water
Snacks snack size bag UFO  (stupid halloween candy in the stores already)  + altoids before and while at the gym
Exercise - 60 mins kickboxing class followed by 30 min salsa moves dance class.... burned 675 calories!! 
UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others THINK it is safe)
