My chest is a lot bigger and I don't have a bit of muscle left anywhere no matter what I do. So I guess I'll see what the blood test says and hope I don't keep gaining.

Heh - as I alluded to above, when I was 22 I went from a "nearly A" to a D-cup in about 2 months. To have this happen over a decade after puberty was freaky! To have my mom point this out over Thanksgiving dinner in front of my entire family was just embarrassing. And no, that wasn't the quarter I went on the Pill.

As everyone else is saying, if you can still lift and do all the other exercises you did earlier in the summer, you haven't lost any muscle. Very few of us chicks can look "ripped" after our mid-teens without an eating disorder or surgical intervention. But we still look good and kick butt even so!

If your doc isn't worried and you still feel good, I'd just concentrate on keeping up the exercise and eating good food for IBS. Once you're not a kid anymore, it's a bit harder to burn off the junky sweet foods (even if they're IBS-safe). Cutting back a bit on sugary processed foods and upping your safely-prepared fruits and veggies will make you feel full longer and feel better too.
