Colon Hydrotherapy

Hello everyone! I was just wondering if any of you knew if it was safe to have colon hydrotherapy done. I have had a lot of people tell me that I should have it done to help cleanse my system. What do you think? Thanks!

Hi. I came across your question and thought I would let you know of a Website that I came across. I don't know where you are located but this lady that does colon hydrotherapy is in Jacksonville, Florida. That is also where I am located. I have talked with her and she said that colon hydrotherapy does wonders for your colon/body. I plan on doing it myself.
There is good info. on her site.

No, this will probably just make you feel worse. Remember, IBS means that your colon is easily irritated, and this will just irritate it more. It's sorta like using sandpaper to "cure" your sensitive skin!
Have you read this site (not just the message boards)? Are you on Heather's diet? Have you tried hypnotherapy?
