I tried to search for the info but I didn't find anything. Sometimes when I get home late from work I go straight the gym at my apt complex & work out. Problem is by the time I'm done I'm exahusted & STARVING! Is there anything quick I can eat right before I exercise that will help me make it through the work out w/out passing out from hunger? I usually drink water while I'm exerising, but that's about it.
