Diet: Chicken(8 pieces), lentils, green beans, cheeseburger, 10 pieces of white bread, broccoli, orange, yogurt/flaxseed, 75 oz. water.

MRC - Report in exercise or diet...just helps you to keep track and encourage yourself.

Went for a run and did situps. I do actually enjoy running
