pb (low fat) & j sandwich: 210 pasta salad: 120 (2) plain oatmeal: 200 canned peaches: 50 1/2 Luna bar: 90 rice: 460 "butter": 45 pasta salad: 120 fat free chicken sandwich: 200 2 liters of water TOTAL CALORIES: 1495 no exercise...it's my time of the month and feel like crap!

Corn flakes, raisins, banana, soy milk water & acacia b12, probiotic
peppermint patties salad (lettuce, green pepper, carrots, light italian dressing) garlic shrimp and pasta 2 tofutti cuties green tea
water half bagel & nutella
water & acacia spaghetti with chicken meatballs soy mint ice cream
soy milk tostitos & salsa pasta salad water
Exercise: 30 mins rollerblading, stretching, sit ups

Diet: 5 Chicken Legs, Flaxseed/Yogurt(8oz.), 5 monster millet Cookie/Crackers, broccoli, 2 Cheeseburgers, 1/2 box rye crackers, potato, orange, 80 oz. water.
Workout: Lift weights 45 minutes, Treadmill 11 minutes.
