4th of July isn't a holiday here, but the 1st was Canada Day, celebrated with fireworks and lots of bbqs.

Corn flakes, raisins, strawberries, soy milk
water & acacia
b12, probiotic

baguette turkey sandwich, with mayo and lettuce
nacho chips with salsa
chocolate soy milk

baguette with cream cheese, nutella
water

garlic shrimp & pasta
water
chinese rice & veggie dish

mint soy ice cream
water

Exercise: 1 hour rollerblading, crunches, pushups, stretching

slim fiber cereal, blueberries, strawberries & rice milk
organic rice/beans burrito
medium organic d'anjou pear
handful of organic pretzels
2 small slices/vegan homemade pizza
oatmeal w/tsp of flaxmeal, cinnamon, sugar & blueberries

other:
water mixed w/1.5 tsp/acacia
iced blueberry-chamomile tea
pepperint tea
1 vitamin
4 fibersmart pills

exercise:
30 min walk/jog
20 lunges
40 side twists
40 side bends

note--caved today and had 1 cigarette

I was bad! I ate more than I should have (family picnic) and ate things I shouldn't have! But I feel ok. Also I didn't get to exercise because the YWCA was closed and it was raining on and off outside.
