food:
oat toast w/natural strawberry jam 20 oz. water & 1 tsp/acacia big organic red apple organic pretzels 40 oz. water [acacia free] strawberry soy yogurt cherry-pomegran vegan granola bar 20 oz. water [acacia free] few more pretzels, organic d'anjou pear 20 oz. water & .5 tsp/acacia organic jasmine rice w/tumeric, vegan marg, lemon juice & sea salt organic super-sweet corn nibblets organic mango nectar 1 vitamin
exercise:
50 situps 80 leg lifts 20 side twists 40 side bends 1 jog/walk if the weather persists.........
other: 3 BM's!!!
note to self: must eat more "ruffage" to create a balance between foods. definately digging the acacia and water. getting much more water then i was! big difference
