Well since i went to see the trainer i've been feeling pretty good which i'm hoping will help fuel my fitness. The trainer actually told me i'm pretty fit, according to my heartrate after exercise, blood pressure, and strength and that the numbers i need to work on are my measurements and body fat% Anyone have any fitness tips that could help me get a good move on things. food: cherry-pom vegan gran.bar water & .5 tsp/acacia vegan tortilla wrap of tomatoes, fakin bacon, & leftover rice in lettuce in a tortilla w/veganaise water & .5 tsp/acacia water & .5 tsp/acacia vegan ice cream sandwich vegan homemade pizza 1 vitamin
exercise: worked at vicki secrets for 4 hours; misc walking. im slacking on the exercise--and ive got 2 weeks until bathing suit time on the beach!! i must look better!
