Just thought I would share how happy I am to find these...they have replaced my chocolate and sugar cravings. Heres a link to the web page for anyone interested...you can buy some in holland and barrett and also in larger boots stores.
Sinead...not sure if you can get these in ireland...but am thinking maybe u can....theyre expeanding where they sell them all the time...anyways...have tried the nakd coco loco and its gorgeous...am looking forward to trying the high protein one cocoa brownie...theyre low fat and contain oats and ONLY natural ingredients....so theyre safe...some people may have probs with dates in them..but Ive found them to be GREAT!!!
Bout time they got some IBS safe type meal bar things in this country!!!You americans always get the yummiest things!!!
