What are these threads for? Are we supposed to list what we ate for the day and what exercise we did (if we want to of course)? Is it for people trying to lose weight? Just curious! If so, can I join in?

its generally a daily food report so you can put in it what you want really....most people on here who are controlling their calorie intake and wanting to lose/gain weight...input the total amount of calories for the day and what exercise they have done. They also put weekly/monthly or whatever updates of how the weight loss/gain is doing....its really up to you how much info you decide to give. The whole point is that we're all here to support one another and give each other kick a up the a$$ when we are feeling lazy etc

And....ofcourse you can join in.....

Hey! I'm new to the board here. Not sure how this 'reporting in' thing works. Are there a certain amount of people that are reguarly on? I am grateful to find other young people here. I am 25 and so frustrated with this whole thing. I recently had the "scope down the throat" procedure you're talking about. great fun! anyways hope to hear from you. Cheers.
