is it "safe " to take diet pills with IBS?

I've tried a few and have been ok as long as they don't have caffeine. But just so you know, they never work! I've found that out myself.

Stay on Heather's diet .. eat smaller amounts ... use a smaller plate so your "head" thinks that plate is full, and start walking and join a health club / spa where yu can get some personilzed help in an exercise program.
