Breakfast: Oatmeal& fresh pineapple pieces
Lunch: salmon, potatoes, salad
Snack at 5pm in place of dinner: half a bread roll with tuna and pasta salad & cucumber
Drinks: Bulmers Cider, too many
Other: A slice of birthday cake at the party, 2 jellybabies, oh and too much of the fried (!) fish on the party platter and a couple of garlic mushrooms.
Exercise: walked to work
I was relatively sensible and I ate before I went out, no drunken munchies etc, but I overdid it on the party platters, could have been a lot worse I think, I was prepared for bad to feel OK about it. Also walked to work to make up for not going to gym and for all the overindulgence that I knew I would have.

Ok I'll play along today.
Breakfast: Homemade waffles and chai tea with soy milk
Lunch: Skipped it, too busy
Dinner: Grilled veggie sandwhich and............french fries at A-M-A-Z-I-N-G SoHo restaurant followed by a rasberry Tiramasu with a nice cup of Early Grey tea.
So I am busting myself but it was SOOOOOOO WORTH IT!
And yesterday I had 2 Bay Breeze drinks. EEEK! Kickboxing for me tomorrow morning though!
