I bought it at Fitness Depot in London (on Exeter across from Teppermans). Right now they have a $500 factory rebate on the model I bought. It's so smooth it feels like I'm gliding on ice! It feels even better than the ones at the gym I'm used to. Plus it has a shorter stride - better for we short people. You're free to come out to my place and try it anytime - if you're ever down Tillsonburg way. Let me know and we can have a cup of tea!

Ohh I am soo jealous!! it sounds like a really good one. I am a student again for one more year, quit my full time job to move and go back to school for 2 years. That makes the budget a little too tight for a good one and no point wasting money on a cheap one. I have never been to Tillsonburg though I drive by it all the time on my way to London to go shopping and visit friends. I live in Woodstock and there is not much here at all
We really should do that Southern-Ontario get together we talked about awhile back. With school and being in a friend's wedding I don't have much spare time or I would gladly offer to organize something. I have been having alot of trouble lately so I am scheduled to see a GI Specialist at University Hospital in June, do you see anyone for IBS in this area?

No, I saw a guy at St Joseph's in London. Unfortunately, he died. So I don't have a GI. I wouldn't have recommended him anyway
What's the name of the dude you're seeing?
And yes, we should all have a London/SW Ont get together. There's Laurel and Kelly, too. Can you think of anyone else? Maybe we should move this one over to the Let's Get Together board!

I've been away for the weekend so only reading this now. It really is good to motivate to say how much you are moving your @ss! I'll post in a minute about my weekend and do share. It helps me. I don't weigh in as my exercising is being sabotaged by eating out and easter eggs- am quite depressed about it all today and am on holiday next week for a wedding so I am bound to be very bold and not to get much exercise so I will feel heffalumpklike when I come back, and my goal was to be happy with my shape and weight by my birthday on May 21st. It's a month away which should be doable but the whole week without proper exercise is going to sabotage a lot. On the plus side I will be doing lots of walking while sightseeing.
