I just finished my first new gym workout..and survived!

I did 15 mins bike and then went to the cross trainer. After 6 mins I thought I would die!!! so I told myself if I got to 10 I could quit. Same thing happened after about 14 mins so I told myself that I could quit at 20. After 20 I was so close there was no point stopping and when I hit 30 mins I could probably have done another 3 or 4!

Then I did my toning which is 15 ab crunches, 15 obliques, 20 reverse ab curls and 20 back stretch things, repeating the set twice.

I am so proud of myself that I did it all, especially since I was out last night and am a little hungover.

Very psyched now!
