Still have cold.
Baby carrots (baked) & mashed avocado/lime juice
Asparagus (babyfood) with Thai Chili Garlic sauce
Oyster mushrooms & baby spinach (pureed)
Lots of fresh lemon, dijon, shallot crisps
Kalamata olives
Maybe some more babyfood veggies later. Or a good shot of flaxseed oil. I think I might do one of those wild spring cleaning diets. Or a gallbladder/liver cleanse. So...I'm not going to bother reporting. I'm on one of those nutty health kicks.

Friday
Breakfast: bread (tummy crampy)and a smoothie
Lunch: Horrible sandwich in a pub when I met a friend
Went to a new Italian place very near home for dinner....it is sooo amazing, it's like being in Italy. I had crostini and then tomato & vegetable pasta and a dessert and a glass of wine. Dessert wasn't worth the calories or cheating...:(
Verdict: If I had gone without dessert all would be fine...
