Hungover
Breakfast: muffin (300 cal) Lunch: tiny bits of sushi 150 cal Dinner: M&S Paella readymeal 400 cal Snacks: Lemonade 100 cal, lots of grapes
Verdict: exercise would have been good but my shins were a bit sore from yesterday. Still feeling positive though!

Not feeling very meaty this weekend. Therefore, I vegged out.
lentil soup (blender method for digestive ease--yes, a whole can in 2 doses) spring mix salad topped with wild mushrooms
small quantity of kidney bean puree (I needed to see that earthy red for a strange reason!) lots of fresh cilantro in homemade green sauce (spinach, arugula, asparagus stems, celery, garlic, chiles) kalamata olives all on spaghetti squash with fresh lemon & balsalmic
zucchini sticks
