1 c quinoa flakes
1 c rice pudding
1 c grain/veggie mix thinngie
1/4 c hummus w/ whole grain crackers
1/2 c rice pudding + zuch slices w/ hummus
bowl of ff corn puff cereal

better! getting back on track!

egg whites with curry
baby spinach puree

portabella & white mushrooms
on baby spinach & mixed greens
with omega 3-6-9 shallot/lemon & lavender vinaigrette
kalamata olives

roasted baby carrots with cumin
hummus

20 organic dried apricots (these are addictive. i'll be pooping orange, though, for awhile, lol.)

UFO sugarless gum & UFO black coffee.

Got up late (like lunchtime)
porridge with berries and honey
UFO meat, turnip, boiled potato
Dessert: Frozen berries with white chocolate UFO sauce
Snacks: Grapes

Exercise: powerwalked for 35 mins and jogged intermittently

Verdict: A good day's work, only ate when I was hungry, had dessert for St Patrick's Day but compensated.
