I know you had a bad time recently and were wanting to get off the pounds you put on so I just wanted to support you again and say YOU CAN DO IT!!! I seem to be sticking at a certain weight at the moment and not going down....I really want to lose a stone....preferably bu summer, but Im trying to be realistic.....anyways....FAB JOB!!!! When I found Heather's diet, I immediately began to follow it very strictly. So until I was restocked with IBS safe foods, I was mostly eating rice and pasta with fish. And drinking water and banana smoothies.
