Workout: 1 hour yoga, wasn't feeling like weight-training today, yoga helped calm me down about school and stresses
Food: cereal and milk banana blueberry muffin turkey sandwich applesauce arrowroot cookies carrots chocolates salmon, rice & green beans chocolate milk pasta with tomatoes and veggies nutella sandwich

Bad PMS eating day...didn't do bad until I got home.....So needless to say did not feel very well last night or today!
12 oz. Fennel Tea 1 Tbsp. Benefiber 12 oz. Water 1 Banana Graham Muffin 1 Luna Bar - Choc. Peppermint Stick 14 Pretzels, Thin Twists (Shaws) 12 oz. Water 12 oz. Peppermint Tea 0.5 Soy Yogurt - Vanilla 1/2 cup Kashi Go-Lean Cereal 5 Crackers, Saltines - FF 6 Dried Papaya 12 oz. Fennel Tea 14 Pretzels, Thin Twists (Shaws) 7 Pretzels, Thin Twists (Shaws) 12 oz. Peppermint Tea 1 Tbsp. Benefiber 12 oz. Water 5 Banana Chocolate Chip Bar 2 Viactiv Chews 0.5 Chicken Sausage, apple 3/4 cup Spinach Risotto 1 slice White Bread (BH&G) 1 Tbsp. Better 'n Peanut Butter 1 Soy Ice Cream Sandwich 1 Hershey Chocolate Bar (so bad....) 12 oz. Fennel Tea 12 oz. Water
For exercise did 50 min Advanced Pilates in the morning, then after my sweet binge did 45 min Low impact aerobics and 20 min basic Pilates....
